There is a no-return policy if a customer of Dream Couture received their online order, and does not like it (without any fault/defect in the product). Moreover, if a customer wants to exchange the size, he/she shall only be eligible for exchange if they have notified the online store within maximum 48 hours of receiving the product (the customer would be liable to pay for shipping in this case).
Customer can make request for exchange by calling or sending a whatsapp message to our customer care at +91 9911565458 between 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM or by just dropping an e-mail at info.dreamcouture@gmail.com strictly within 48 hours of delivery of the product.
All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
-There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The exchange policy for such product is clearly mentioned on the product page.
